Just a quick email to thank you and Paul again for the superb job you did on our floor, and also for all of your good advice.  One week on and we are indeed treating it like a cream carpet.  You were right.  We always have a mat in front of the kitchen sink which used to get filthy very quickly.  Now it stays clean.

If you could send me the details of the floor cleaner that you recommend I'd be grateful.  Other than that, all I can say is, see you in about 4 years' time!
